Simply mix 1 ounce (2 Tablespoons) per gallon of water in a bucket. For easier use, put it in a spray bottle.
Take your blinds outside and hang them up, then, spray them down with the hose.
Now spray the Oranges '95 on your mini blinds in a few areas.
You will see the dirt and grime drip right off the blinds.
Follow up by rinsing them clean and letting them air dry.
